Eric Allen Conner
Eric is resident of downtown Jersey City. Born and raised in New Jersey. Eric started getting involved in urban vitality issues due to the fight over Liberty State Park and the deterioration of PATH and NJTransit service.
Eric has a JD and MBA from the University of Pennsylvania where he studied Law, Economics, and Finance and a BA from Johns Hopkins University.
He previously co-founded and ran Healthify, a software technology company that worked with healthcare insurers and healthcare providers to address social determinants of health issues like housing instability and food insecurity. He currently works as a lawyer.
Megan Wilkie
Megan is a resident of the Heights in Jersey City. She received her JD from New York University School of Law and has worked as an attorney representing tenants. [bio and photo coming soon]

Dario Gutierrez
Dario lives near Journal Square in Jersey City. As a Hudson County native who was born and raised in Bayonne, Paterson, and Passaic, and as a child of immigrants, he is committed to ensuring North Jersey’s cities continue to be a place of opportunity for people from all walks of life.
Dario has long been interested in housing policy and urban development from an economic perspective. He was previously vice president of the Journal Square Community Association and served on its board for six years. He has a PhD from UCSD, where his research focused on statistical machine learning and computational linguistics. He earned his BA in Mathematics and Economics from Columbia. He has published peer-reviewed research in journals such as Science and PNAS on machine learning, statistical data analysis, empirical methods in the social sciences, and the intersection of neuroscience and genetics. Before graduate school, he worked as an economic consultant applying econometric methods to the domain of financial microeconomics.
